No Pets Allowed
Fans are NOT permitted to carry in coolers.
All teams will receive two (2) vans for use upon check-in.
There will be a pizza party and cornhole tournament for all teams on Tuesday, August 7 at the headquarters hotel.
No credit cards accepted. Cash only for all sales.

Coaches Info
Van transportation
We will provide a 12-15 passenger van AND a mini-van for each team.
After you team orientation meeting you will be given the key to the BIG van, which will already be on site at the hotel.
I will then ask one of your coaches to go with me to the local Enterprise location to pickup the mini-van. THE COACH MUST HAVE HIS LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD WITH HIM (local Enterprise policy). You will then be reimbursed CASH before you leave town.
